Partner with StandbyU
Postively changing lives through connections,
one community at a time.
Domestic violence exist in all communities across Australia, but, if a community is connected – if it’s safe, supportive and full of opportunities, it has the elements that children and families need to thrive.
We know that community-led initiatives have the best outcomes. It's why we partner with organisations who, like us, are committed to making a positive difference in their communities and workplaces.

Our corporate partnerships are genuine collaborations, and, with StandbyU, our partners have provided Shields to children, young people and adults in communities across Australia experiencing violence, abuse and isolation, connecting them to those who care and ensuring they never have to pay for their safety.

Connected Community Partnerships
Connected Community Partnerships help us increase our impact by delivering our Shield Program to communities across Australia. Connected Community Partnerships bring together community-focussed organisations to work with us to provide Shields to those children, young people and adults who are experiencing violence, abuse and isolation, helping them to create new connections and build a brighter future.

We’ll work with you to identify the key target group and community your organisation is looking to support, and together we’ll develop a partnership that meets your organisation’s business needs and social responsibility objectives, while also making a positive impact in the community you serve.
Connected Workplace Partnerships
Domestic violence isn’t just an ‘at home’ issue. It’s estimated that over 750,000 women experiencing domestic violence are currently employed in workplaces across Australia.
By partnering with StandbyU through a Connected Workplace Partnership, your organisation can provide a safe and supportive environment for those employees experiencing violence, abuse and isolation by providing them with a StandbyU Shield.
We’ll work with you to develop a partnership that fits within your organisation’s existing Domestic and Family Violence Policy and Employee Assistance Program and makes a positive impact to those vulnerable employees, their families and your workplace.

Workplace Giving
A Workplace Giving program is a simple way to make a big difference to the lives of children and families impacted by domestic violence. Employees donate an amount from each pay to StandbyU, and because workplace giving donations are deducted from their pre-tax pay, they receive the tax benefit each pay day, making their donation go further.
Domestic violence has devastating and long-term effects on the health and wellbeing of individuals, families and communities, but you can help. Every donation made from Workplace Giving goes directly towards funding StandbyU Shields, ongoing support services and emergency relief.
Your organisation can double the impact by matching employee donations, and help to build a positive work culture.
Philanthropy
Through our Shield Charity Program, StandbyU provides StandbyU Shields to children, young people and adults experiencing domestic violence, keeping them safe and connected to family, friends and community.
Supporting StandbyU with a philanthropic gift creates a lasting impact and helps us to continue to implement and scale our Shield Charity Programs to make a positive difference to those experiencing domestic violence. Your gift not only provides safety and connection, it also contributes to improved health and wellbeing outcomes for the Shield recipient, their family and the community.
We measure our impact, so we’ll be able to provide you with regular reports, so you’ll know how your gift is making a positive difference to the children, young people and adults we support.
If you have any questions about making a gift, or you’d like to discuss your philanthropic goals and how we can help you maximise the impact of your giving, please contact our Chief Visionary Officer, Chris Boyle at info@standbyu.org.au or by calling 1800 069 060.
