Our personal safety devices have been designed with two-way audio and fall detection connecting the wearer to their chosen support network wherever they are when they need help.  Our Connect&Check service provides a regular peace of mind “I’m Okay” check in call, while allowing everyone to focus on their own lives and activities.

StandbyU Personal Alarms

The StandbyU Personal Alarm has been designed to connect the wearer to their chosen support network wherever they are in Australia that has 4G mobile network, 24 hours a day, providing peace of mind by simply pressing a button.

 

StandbyU personal alarm safety devices are lightweight with an easy-to-use SOS button.  When the button is activated by the wearer, or when a fall is detected, the device calls the wearer’s response network, ensuring they have they support they need, when they need it.

A personalised support network

The wearer chooses the people who'll make up their support network.  It could be family members, friends, or a caregiver.  These are the people they know and who know them, their personal situation, and potential safety risk.  The people they're comfortable with to provide the support they need, when they need it.

  • StandbyU Personal Alarm devices provide live audio and location information to response network members.

  • SOS Alarms can be activated when the wearer is worried – before a concern becomes an incident.

  • Virtual conference room technology enables response network members to talk with the device wearer, discuss what's happening and decide on the best action.​​​

  • Emergency services can be brought into the conference call by response network members to attend wherever the wearer is.

Connect&Check

StandbyU’s Connect&Check provides an extra layer of peace of mind for people who live independently, or semi-independently, who’d benefit from a regular “I’m Okay” check-in call.

 

Designed to work anywhere in Australia where there’s network coverage, Connect&Check uses existing mobile or fixed telephone assets with no apps needed. 

 

Connect&Check is fully automated, so there's no need to remember to check in, giving everyone the freedom to focus on their lives and activities.  And, with a personalised support network and pre-planned safety response, there's peace of mind knowing support network can provide assistance if the call isn't answered.
