RETURN POLICY

You can return your device within 14 days of purchase.

IS MY WATCH WATERPROOF?

Devices backed by an international standard rating of IP68 are deemed fit enough to withstand dust,
dirt and sand, and are resistant to submersion up to a maximum depth of 1.5m underwater for up to
thirty minutes. For example, showering with the watch is fine, however, swimming in a pool or the ocean
is not recommended.

HOW OFTEN CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN?

Your plan can be changed 3 times per annum. Don't worry if you need to make an additional change- we can accomadate it at a small fee.

MY WATCH SENT AN ALERT WHEN I DIDN’T PRESS THE BUTTON?

1.Make sure all settings in “gestures” are off.
2. Press the top right hand button on the device. Select Settings > Select Gestures > Make sure all fields in gestures are switched off..
3. Once you have done this, press bottom button twice to return to SOS screen >
Screen will go blank and return to watch face with “Time and Battery %” showing.

MY WATCH BUZZED

The watch has a built in battery saving mode that will prompt the user at 30% battery life by a small
vibrate. It will then be in “battery saving“ mode. The watch will not send location updates to the
platform from this stage unless an SOS alert has been activated.
For optimum use, we recommend charging your watches daily.

I HAVE MOVED OFF THE RECOMMENDED WATCH FACE?

1. Press the bottom button once or twice until you have bought up the SOS screen.
2. Wait, Let it go blank.
3. The watch face with “Time and Battery life “ will appear.

MY WATCH IS GETTING CALLS?

The watch has a sim which can be called. It is fallible to “wrong number” calls being received. Please
note that our system will never call the watch and any calls should be treated as wrong numbers or
ignored.

CAN I OVERCHARGE THE WATCH?

Its fine to leave on charge over the weekend, but we recommend not leaving on charge for extended
periods as it impacts on battery life. The watch takes less then 1 hour to charge fully.
